The media could not be loaded. I ordered this case via Amazon from "New Fashion Cellular Supply". It was a Counterfeit item. The video should help other buyers ensure they get a GENUINE product.Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Flip Cover Case (Titanium Gray)I claimed an A-Z refund from Amazon(who was not at fault but does have the A-Z warranty to cover for unscrupulous sellers) THANK YOU AMAZON FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!.I ended up buying a Genuine item from "Best Buy" as I didn't want to chance another fake, hopefully the seller involved is dealt with appropriately (News items suggest there have been quite a few Jailed for selling knock-offs.. sellers beware!).If you get a Genuine Samsung made product, and not a fake, this case is extremely well made, fits perfectly and looks like the original back cover, just with a nice Screen protecting flip cover added. It does not add Significant BULK. which is a huge plus when you have a phone the size of the Note 2. Just beware of FAKES and how to Spot them.Things to look for to avoid FAKES.. please also report Fakes to Amazon and claim A-Z warranty. Do not send your fake back to the criminals selling these so they can pass it on to some other unsuspecting buyer.1. Genuine Samsung items have a "Samsung Original" Hologram on their packaging. LOOK FOR THE HOLOGRAM STICKER. If its missing, that should set off alarm bells.2. Genuine cases have the Protective film with the "Pull tab" on the side. My "Fake" one had a protective film with pull tab on the bottom3. Genuine cases will have a Sticker with Bar Code, Fakes will have printed barcodes or, if like the one I received, no barcode at all4. Genuine cases say "MADE IN KOREA" and mention "Samsung.com", Fakes say "MADE IN CHINA" and mention something else... the counterfeit maker of my case was even too ashamed to say more than "Designed by Samsung" ... clearly it was the truth.. It was Designed by Samsung then COPIED by this unscrupulous counterfeiter.5. Genuine Samsung items include a printed warranty on a separate piece of paper, my fake had it printed on the cardboard insert.6. Genuine samsung items are very well made and the NFC chip will be black (not a white label painted black like my fake one has). If you can scratch off the "paint" on the NFC chip sticker/area, its a fake. Real ones are made from solid black plastic or plastic which matches the main case color.4. Genuine Samsung has COPPER/Gold colored contacts. Fakes have Silver contacts.5. Genuine Samsung Note 2 cases will look *exactly* like the original back of the same color. The cheap fake I received had "metal fleck" in its finish and has some effort made to imitate a brushed finish, but lacked the luminous quality and luster of the genuine item. The genuine Samsung one has what looks like a very thin brushed aluminum layer, and the flip cover version should look IDENTICAL to your OEM cover, Mine real one does, the fake tries hard but doesnt.6.Genuine Samsung Cases have an Indentation on the inside front cover for where the "Home" button goes, the fakes do not.7. Genuine Samsung devices have a "bevel//stepped edge" rather than a simple "rounded" edge.8. My genuine case also has a stamp, like a Rubber stamp marking on the inside, some type of date code or "QA" mark, besides another molded marking for version number and model.That said if you receive one of these cases.. look VERY carefully for the above.. A visit to the Local Electronics store or Mobile carrier to view a legitimate/genuine case should provide any answers.I ended up claiming a refund from Amazon and buying a Genuine item from "Best Buy".In short, if you get a Genuine Samsung made product, and not a fake, this case is extremely well made, fits perfectly and looks like the original back cover, just with a nice Screen protecting flip cover added. This is my second of the flip cases. I previously had the green one but it started to get really old and dirty looking so I replaced it. While these covers don't offer any protection from dropping my phone, it's not something I'm terribly worried about. I mainly wanted something to protect the screen when I put the phone in my back pocket or purse and something that didn't add much bulk as the Note 2 is already a big phone. I didn't want to have to use those stupid clear screen protectors. I've used these covers on my phone since I purchased it 2+ years ago and my screen still looks brand new. I also like that it acts as a privacy screen when people are sitting close to me. Both the covers I've gotten fit very securely on the back (it replaces the original cover) and have only popped off on a couple places when I've been too rough with it or dropped it. It always snaps right back on. Both this mint color and the lighter green color were beautiful and make my phone stand out and easier to find. My husband has the charcoal colored one and he really likes his as well. Obviously that one doesn't show the dirt as easily as these lighter colors. Definitely worth the few bucks I paid.

Great accesory for a great phone.I mean, if you have a Galaxy Note II, you ARE a high-tech enthusiast. And this flip cover complements perfectly this phablet.The quality is great, give that this is an OEM product. It gives you the impression that it will last a lot of removing and putting my phone into my pocket.Also gives you great screen protection, without needing to use the protector screens (i personally don't like these screens because you loose touching sensitivity, no matter if it is very little, I can definitely see difference).And the reason why I like the most, is because it doesn't give you the extra bulkyness. It's feels almost the same size with and without it. And for this already big phone, that is one aspect I consider important. I mean, I don't think you'll be able to carry this gigantic phone in your pants pocket, with something like Otterbox. And I personally carry it everyday in my pants front pocket. I know you can't compare this flip with an product designed to protect against drops and more several hazzards, but still, I like it a lot. Very happy with it.

I'm a phone-in-the-pocket guy, so I ordered this case to go with my White (wanted the two tone effect) Note 2 to protect my screen, and it does that.It Just Works.I wasn't expecting a "case", which is good, because it isn't. It's a cover. It's nothing more than a new battery cover with a really nifty fold-over cover to protect your screen. Maybe my definition of case is outdated, but I wouldn't call it a case. Again, wasn't expecting one. I got exactly what I wanted.It's been a little less than a week since I got it, and while there is no damage to the vinyl hinge, I can foresee that it may eventually weaken and tear. The only very minor complaint I may have is that you have to leave the cover hanging down in order to take pictures with the phone. This is a minor complaint, First World Problem. It wasn't something I considered when I purchased the case, and is really not an issue for me. Just mentioning it because my first thought when I went to take a picture was "huh...". The price seems a little steep, but I guess what you're mostly paying for is the branding. I'm pleased with the case, and if that hinge makes it al least a year before tearing, I'd buy another one.
