Q: With a sub-panel: are there any issues around using 3 wire (2 hot & commom (white))?

This breaker is an one pole single circuit. The black wire is attached to the breaker - the white wire is attached to the neutral buss and the bare wire is attached to the ground buss. A sub panel requires when installing four wires -one red (hot 1) one black wire (hot 2) one white (neutral bus) and one bare (ground buss) If not wired by code it will not pass inspection and will probably trip.(NOT WORK)

Yes, it is Combination type AFCI. Also Class A GFCI, in one breaker.

You'll need to check the label on your load center to see if it accepts QF breakersI don't know what's with Amazon, I asked about the 1 to 3 month thing also, and they sent me an email saying that their customers didn't know!!
