I used the seal on both the doggy door and house to garage door. So far so good. It certainly cut down on the noise at the doggy door as previously I just jammed the slider against the dog door panel. The EPDM foam has a strong adhesive that feels secure after you press it into place. It also compresses well and doesnt affect door closure. I also noticed a drop in bugs intruding into the house. I have only had them for a couple months so durability is TBD. Note, the pictures make it look wide no matter what size you select. Update: It lasted about a year before I had to replace it. I was hoping it would hold up a little longer but considering the price and how well it performed while it lasted, it’s still not a bad value. I got The Seal Foam Tape for weatherproofing my doors and windows, some sound proofing and I am thoroughly impressed! I used this foam to replace the foam on the inside of an old motorbike plastic side fairing. It was easy to cut and the self adhesive strip seemed to adhere to the pastic very well. Very useful product.
