The plastic wrap it came in was too tight and snapped the corner off of one, but nothing super glue can't fix. I bought these to stain and attach to my floating shelves to give them more of a victorian-esque look. I'm pleased with them. I threw a couple books on the shelves just to get a general feel of them added on. Now I want to put these on everything.
