Bad quality, stopped working in a month
I used it for a little over a month and now it isnt working anymore. The white light as well as the UV light wont work anymore.

Seeking for real and genuine value?

It half-worked, but is cheap and broke quickly.
We needed this item for an outdoor event without electrical, but the battery option didn't work (used a new battery, and also tried charging it). We bought a portable charger to plug into this, which was okay for a day until the port got "wiggly" and only worked intermittently; the unit was left in one place without being bumped or repeatedly picked up, so the port should have been fine. Also, the black-light side (to scan the colored strips in each bill) wouldn't turn on the first click, so each time we used it we had to turn it on, then over to the watermark/white light scan, then back to the blacklight side before the light would turn on. For the price, we didn't expect a perfect machine, but between the non-working battery option, the loose plug-in, and the "turn on twice" blacklight function, it was disappointing.
