Great for identifying different body parts to work on.
I have a home gym and having the poster allows me to target the specific parts of my body that I want to wonk on. I have three additional posters that show you how work on legs, arms, abs, back. The terms used on those posters correspond with the terms used with this poster I purchased a frame for the poster and it looks very professional.

Good chart for someone not used to machine work outs. Exercises adaptable to most home gyms. diagrams largfe and tell which body parts exercises benefit.

Lots of exercises, nicely made
Nicely done. I have a home gym and use this as a reminder of both what exercises I should be doing and as a guide to new exercises.It's big! Make sure you have some wall space available for it.Nicely laminated - not a cheap flimsy product at all.

I really like the laminated item which I put velcro on the back and it works next to our weight total machine in our home gym. I also bought a dumbbell set for the other wall, Really it makes the home gym look nice and authentic.

Everyone needs one of these to reference before hitting the gym!
It’s great to have a muscle reference poster to look at prior to working out so you know exactly what muscles are being exercised. I posted it on the living room wall and it made my gym visits much more informative and enjoyable.

Basic Gym Exercise Chart
This product had mixed reviews. Since there aren't a lot of readily accessible alternatives, I bought it anyway to supplement a recently purchased home gym that lacked much use instruction. As a quick refresher for the relatively new user of a home gym, I feel it is very useful. For the experienced gym user, it would probably be too limited or even simplistic. Although the exercises presented don't all match the capabilities of our gym, I still found / find it useful in helping to see the type of exercises needed to work various muscle groups. It is now referred to occasionally, not daily. Having it to do over again, I would still purchase it.
