Yes. It is called reverb. See section "Effects" on page 24 in the manual. If you don't have a manual, it is available to download on the internet.

Q: Can I connect a phone or laptop to it with an aux cord or usb?

Yes you can. I use my laptop exclusively when I use this system my headphone jack plugs into one of the channels using and xlr adapter works great or you can use your phone if you have xlr male to 3.5mm female adapter .. both adapters are sold right here on amazon.

Q: Does this system come with a stand for the mixer? What other accessories come with this system (cables, microphones, etc)?

There is no stand for the main unit, just 2 small ones for the speakers. The only cables that mine came with were 15 foot speaker cables plus the power cord. No mics. I have since purchased longer shielded speaker cables and larger speaker stands. The new cables fit nicely in the pod with the old speaker stands removed.The new stands came with a nice carry bag. The sound quality is great!!

Q: Can I plug it directly to 220 volts outlet or just 110 volts outlets?

It is set up for use in American 110v outlets. Some type of adapter would need to be used for European outlets or American 22ov outlets.
