Good but not necessarily better than ice
I gave it 3 stars for several reasons. The gel that’s in the cell doesn’t just easily pour into the bag or back out. It is however handy that the cell and the bag can thread onto each other. But when emptying the bag back into the cell there tends to be little pieces of the gel that stick to the bag so you’re forced to rinse it out and those pieces go down your drain (so what happens over 100 uses and those pieces going down your drain?)Also the gel doesn’t get as cold as ice does even after 24 hours in the freezer. It does form to your body better than a bag of ice does. So if you need or want that extra cold I wouldn’t recommend this. Overall it seems like a well made product but I’m not sure how necessary it is.
