We moved in to a mobile home and they had a dog.  It smells very sour in the house. Would this product work on just spraying on carpet and clean?

You need a pro-carpet cleaning outfit to do all your floors, then put down Extra Strength Arm and Hammer Carpet Deodorizer powder and vacuum it up.  One treatment for your house won't be enough, I would use the Fizzion just for occasional treatment in the event you have your own pets.

Can this product be used to remove cat poo stains from vinyl or linoleum flooring?

Yes.  I have used it on vinyl with no issues.

Do you think if I mixed this with 1/2 the called for amount of water (to make a concentrate) I could use a small amount in a handheld carpet cleaner?

Here's what I found. This is a wonderful product to get the pee smell out but it will not clean out the urine from the carpet and padding. I used it on an area where my old sick cat would pee. I had tried everything before that. I found that after a couple of applications, the smell was gone. When I tore out the carpet, the smell hit me like a ton of bricks. I used this product again on the bare flooring and topped it with Kilz before the new carpet.

I thought I saw on cat from hell that this was used on outdoor area where there was dirt and cats were peeing in. Does this work on outside like under decks or stairs where outside cats are going???

I used this on an outside brick wall next to my house where my neighbor dog was marking almost day and he was not neutered so you can imagine the smell.  I sprayed this on the bricks and it not only took the smell away entirely, but also cleaned the bricks nicely!  Great stuff!
