Love this little speaker. Okay, the bass sound could be a little better but it is definitely not tinny and for under £20 the sound is great. I found the setup and Bluetooth connection easy and I'm in my sixties and no tech wiz. Great value for money.

So I needed this to play music behind a movie prop at an event. It has Bluetooth and USB connectivity which work well but I cannot get the micro SD card to play at all. Even tried it in a USB adapter so not sure if it has limited support for certain micro SD cards but nothing is mentioned in the manual. However plugging in a USB stick works well as does Bluetooth. I cannot comment on battery life yet but I am hoping it will last 4-5 hours. Sound quality is good for the price you are paying. Don't expect a deep bass sound but for me it works great for the price.

When you've connected this up, and it is easy to do, it may sound a bit tinny. Simple, get a fairly large china bowl - I use a pop-corn bowl - prop it up so it is vaguely pointing to where you're listening, and wedge it in. The bowl must be rigid and shaped vaguely conically. This amplifies the sound and makes the low-notes resonate. Suddenly I was able to clearly hear the lyrics of every song -and the bass-line. The trick works for good-quality phones too. Mind you, it won't impress your friends as much as teak-veneer box speakers or those strange black blobby intergalactic speakers.

I saw a lot of amazing reviews saying it was great, amazing sound etc, this speaker is no louder than my laptop. My laptop speakers have been getting quite quiet recently and i thought i’d buy a cheap little speaker to connect it to before i get them replaced, and i could keep the speaker for at home use. The aux cord doesn’t fully push into the input hole, and the usbc option doesn’t also connect, ofc it’s only cheap so for the price it isn’t too bad, but i would’ve skipped this step if i knew how it sounded before purchase. i still use it with a quiet house but the reviews, i feel, are slightly misleading. I haven’t been able to test the battery life, but it came fully charged which is something i liked, it’s also a good size in size, small enough to sit under my laptop when it’s on its stand, which makes it practical. The design itself looks quite neat and sturdy.

I have, for the past 15 years, or so, used an iPod Docking Speaker, first with an iPod and then with various phones via wires and Bluetooth to play songs that I need to practice along to as a gigging musician. Sadly, that gave up the ghost just before Xmas 2020, so I needed to replace it and being on a budget because of "you know what," it needed to be cheap and cheerful. So, after a search, I found this little gem and preferred to go for the Bluetooth option. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much when it arrived, but it's a nice solidly built little unit (I was surprised at how small it is, so was expecting even less) but it punches above it's size in the sound department. It was simplicity itself to set up and has convenient touch volume/pause/play buttons, which saves me having to go to the phone it's paired with all the time while practicing. I got it for a bargain, promotion price for around £12, so can't complain on that score either. My only complaint (and this happens often with Amazon products) is that I have a sneaking suspicion that it's a "returned" item sold on again, as there was no "seal" on the box, suggesting that someone else has bought it, opened and returned it. But, I'm none too fussed about that. It works, does the job I need it for and it charges via an old Micro USB charger I already have plugged in for my Kindle and a couple of other Bluetooth devices. How long the battery lasts between charges remains to be seen. But, initial impressions. I'm very happy with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend this product 😉👍

If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. About three weeks into owning this speaker, the bluetooth inexplicably stopped working. Not only would the speaker no longer connect with my phone, it could not connect to anyone else's devices either. Now I use the auxiliary speaker wire feed to play music, but that's not what I wanted when I made the purchase decision to buy a bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is good though, as is the radio reception.

Reasonable for the price, grateful, listening to stories on portable audio, CD player, listening to music on it, not advised
