I do not understand what you mean by "abdominal support horizontal". However I will explain what this is in the hope it will help. The abdominal support is a flat oval shaped disc with cutouts, it adjusts vertically up or down and is on the end of the stem as shown on the photos and is directly opposite the two strap/shoulder supports. Hope this helps in some way.
