It’s nice and stretchy, my left ankle swells up and this keeps it supported and reduces swelling, I love the fact my heel can breathe too as I get hot feet, bought another pair now. 😊👍

Excellent product, ankle support

The support for this is lighter than I would have expected to be. It works and helps prevent me from overturning my ankle. The downside is that the way it is designed it has the stitching that creates a bump at the edge. When you try to wear shoes with it the raised stitching is quite uncomfortable and digs into your foot.The cloth is also on the thicker side and makes your shoes really puff out to the side.If you want to just wear around the house it's great, but if you want to wear with shoes not the best option.
