I think this is a great product. I take three capsules with my dinner every day. I heard that cinnamon works and helping lowering blood sugar levels. Haven’t had a blood test yet but don’t buy the fake ones like they sell in Walmart that is just plain simple cinnamon read the comments on this one and on the label and you would see the difference

From ordering to delivery was pretty quick but NOT in 2 days . It took 6 days to arrive & was securely packaged . As far as effectiveness is concerned , I'm thinking that about 30 days will be enough time to get a good indication of how effective they are . I'm hoping for a reduction in my A1C so only time will tell .The pills for me are somewhat easy to swallow & I have a problem swallowing pills . But the pills can be opened & dump the powder on to what ever your eating . I have not tried this so I can't speak about the taste . 4 stars for now & a follow up later .

I have been taking this supplement regularly for the last 6 month, since it helps with glucose reduction. I haven' been able to measure it yet. I hope it will improve my numbers.
