the machines can support 10 mil?

I haven't had any problems using 10 mil laminating pouches with this laminator. To be clear, I use the Apache AL18P Laminator with laminating pouches that are 10 mil thick. They always turn out fine. I always pass it through the laminator twice. And I use a cover folder to keep from getting adhesive on the rollers.

Could I laminate 17” x 24” poster with this?

yes as long as the 17" is fed in first.

What is the heaviest pouch it will accept...7mil?, 10mil?, 15mil?
