Unfortunately I had a gasoline pump hose graze my beige Birdies and this was the final straw to look for a safe way to clean them. I looked up cleaning recommendations on the Birdies FAQs and it brought me to this cleaning kit. Worked right away and cleaned 90% of the wear on the whole shoe and cleaned 100% of my most recent mishap.I do think it changed the velvet texture but I’d rather have clean shoes! ;)I also used this solution on a darker pink color velvet Birdies I have and they also look great (texture changed as well). Will use this again and highly recommend!!

Restored my shoes to basically brand new! I would definitely purchase this again. Not sure if it is suede safe but I cleaned my new balance pretty well. I wish it was bigger for price.

I love this product for cleaning all my shoes, and I thought if it can clean off dirt and grime from shoes why can’t it clean the inside of my purse. I thrifted a well worn and used coach purse a while back but never really found a product that could get the years of stains off without damaging the leather. So I tested it on an inconspicuous spot and after it dried I saw the difference and decided to do the whole purse interior. I did not use the brush it came with but I had a soft bristle toothbrush and it worked very well and did not damage the satin. I’m attaching before and after photos of the inside of the purse, disclaimer the black stains are ink and I have not been able to remove them, any recommendations for ink remover? It took me an hour or two to complete this project but I am beyond satisfied with the results.

This is a good product. does clean very well. I've used it on my sneakers. Its not harsh, found it to be gentle but effective.

The Easter bunny brought this set for my son. The cap to the bottle wouldn’t stay closed and was damaged upon arrival. Sent it back for a replacement (luckily he didn’t question it) only for the replacement cap to also not stay closed and the foil must’ve had a hole as it spilled into the bag and was all over the brush. At this point I said forget it and had to go buy a travel bottle to dump the liquid into as I’m not going to keep sending it back only to get another bottle that doesn’t close.The product is good, cleans shoes well etc… but the packaging was junk for us. We’ll probably get a different kind next time to avoid this trouble.
