10 Pairs 3 Core Black Pigtail Waterproof Ray Wu Connector for LED Smart Pixel Lights

I appreciate how the colors in these pigtails just make sense: black is ground, yellow is data, red is positive. In Ray's current batches, yellow/green is ground, blue is data, and brown is positive.Convention is that data flows out the female connector and into the male. If power also is supplied this direction, you can remember it makes sense because it prevents accidental short circuits from the exposed male pins. When looking at the female end with the notch oriented straight up, the left side is positive/red, bottom is data/yellow, and right is ground/black.Joel's review from 2019 noted a thread convention that didn't match Ray's. I'm not sure if Ray or this vendor was shipping xConnects instead at that time (the sleeve/thread convention is opposite on those). I ordered my LEDs, extensions, pigtails, and T's from Ray in November, 2020 and I ordered these in May 2021; The photo shows Ray's pigtails side-by-side with these and they mate with the same scheme.

The media could not be loaded. They are exactly what I needed for connecting my f16v3 pixel controller to the props I've bought 4 boxes and I'm certain I'll need more as my display grows.

The description says these are 18AWG, but feeling them, I knew they were not. Looked at the sleeve and sure enough, they are 20AWG. 20AWG can still handle 11A, which is fine for what I needed them for, but I was hoping for 18AWG like the description said.

Was a little worried these wouldn’t fit the Ray Wu pigtails I ordered directly from Ray, as another user commented, but they fit perfectly.They are a little more expensive than if ordered directly from China, but that’s to be expected.

Excellent quality, fits ray wu connectors and wired watts ray wu power injectors perfectly. I was concerned with the review that stated they were backwards, but mine were not.

Maybe if you install them in a location that gets occasional rain they'll be "waterproof". In my case I installed them where they were occasionally submerged in about 1/2" if water, and they leaked, and that ended up tripping the GFCI that supplied them. Solved the problem by the liberal use of dielectric grease on the connectors before screwing the two halves together.

Using for pixels and it matches up perfect. The length gives extra for a more desired length according to your project.
