Does it have a raised bezel to protect the screen, and if so what are the measurements of the raised bezel?

It's slightly raised above the front edge all the way around, not quite 1/16 of an inch. Enough, if dropped flat onto a flat surface, the screen itself wouldn't hit. But it's not a screen protector like for scratches or for an uneven surface like a gravel driveway or something like that.

Are those little X all over the case?

The little Xs are only on the back of the case.

Has anyone experienced issues with an echo? (person on other end hears only) .. I’ll take case off and echo goes away for them

I have not experienced an echo. I did not change the color of any of the side tabs included in the box. I like this case very much. I am a klutz and drop my phone a lot and i have experienced no problems.

Does this case fit iPhone 11 mini

Unlike iPhone 12, they don't call any of the iPhone 11s a "mini." This is for the iPhone 11 (not the 11 Pro, which is smaller than this phone, and not the 11 Pro Max, which is bigger than this phone.)
