Purchased this with the Linksys Velop, but also purchased a stand, so these are redundant.Wrote to Amazon to return, the said that ECMS would pick up the return package, but nobody showed up and they remain uncontactable, so what am I supposed to do?There is no way to complain direct to Amazon on this, except maybe someone will read this and do something.If we as customers PAY on timeIN ADVANCE, if Amazon wants to ABANDON the product, they still have a respnsibilty to refund me my money.AMAZON, DO SOMETHING
