Fantastic air scrubber and EXCEPTIONAL customer support.We bought this unit to help keep the dust down during our full house gut and remodel. It performed wonderfully but had a little issue with the switch after a few months. It was really getting used and abused in our jobsite so it's possible something came loose. I reached out to Alorair customer support and we had attentive and forthcoming customer support immediately. They covered everything under warranty and the machine was back in action a week or so later. They are fantastic company that stands behind their products and for that I am grateful. There's plenty of scrubbers out there (we own 2 others) but we'll be using Alorair going forward based on how helpful they were with our issue. Great machine, great CS, five stars in my book.

This review is for the Hepa Max 770. I set this thing loose on a current remodel project and it clean the air quickly. As I actively created dust within just a few minutes the air was visibly cleaner. The evidence is on the first filter showing how much was collected in just a few minutes. I do suggest grabbing some extra outside filters though because the fan is so strong they get dirty quickly. It means it’s working though so that’s alright. It’s sturdy and quiet. For the work it’s doing this is a good value.

I’m a tenant and I bought this thinking it would be like a “big air purifier” and was going to run it after a dangerous botched illegal mold remediation job my landlord is doing in my apartment. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it at all due to the gas appliances warning. It would be way too dangerous risking it with CO2 and being in an apartment. I wish I saw this before I bought it.I would definitely recommend this though to my owner or people own properties who need to do remediation jobs. It’s about the size of a portable AC and the color was pretty although it seemed to be preowned or dirty.

Had an older air cleaner which was near impossible to replace the HEPA filter without damaging it. This one is all around easier to use. They smartly provide a cap that goes over the intake so when you are transporting it, all the junk you are filtering does not come out.It is a bit noisy when on full speed. And strangely, some air comes out near the dials. I contacted the company and was told this is fine. Easy to change first filter. Have yet to change HEPA.

We had a mold abatement project in one room in our office. We put 2 of these in and they definitely cleaned the air. We are having carpet installed and I know these will work great keeping the glue smell down. They are a little bit noisy but worth the noise to know the air will be cleaned.

We needed an air scrubber for remodeling our 120 yr old farm house to keep dust and debris at bay. This unit is just the ticket. We bought the optional flex duct to create a negative air space in the room of choice by venting exhaust out the window in the area we hung plastic to shield off. This scrubber has variable speed and the HEPA filters give us piece of mind that lead dust isn’t floating around where it shouldn’t be during demo! Highly recommend.

Works great not too loud

I purchased this to help clear tear gas residue. I think I didn’t buy a large enough unit for the rooms I was working in, so it’s hard to say how well it worked. I returned the item but don’t have a refund yet. Be careful
