I have only just started using them so I can only speculate on their durability. However, they are well stitched, thick and stretch well with good resistance.Comes with sliding floor discs, mine didn't do so well on my carpet...but hey! I was buying the bands so free thing! Cool!I have used them in many of my workouts and have found uses for all 3 levels of resistance. Each band also had a tag saying its strength. Bands don't roll up on you as they flex.

One for calph, theighs, and buttocks They are all the same size though. They are nonslip, durable, cloth, and come in a bag. I like that it also comes with sliders as well. Great product and great price. I would want a ankle band as well.

Wow, these are way better than expected! Super quality, they come in this clear bag with a zipper that makes them so easy to store.A day after using them, I was sore from working those muscles. No pain, no gain!Do it, they are worth the Price!! I've bought the rubber or layex ones, they always end up popping, don't bother, just get these!

Great product! They’re very durable and the different levels of resistance are definitely noticeable. They’re great for a variety of exercises and the core slides are a great add on.

These bands ate great! Very heavy fabric and there is an elastic band on the inside that prevents them from sliding around during the workout. The 3 different resistance options have been allowing me to mix up the workouts!

These bands are sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use. They stay where you put them, and offer a good variety of resistance. They don’t replace weighted glute resistance training, (no band will… don’t be fooled), but they are fantastic tools for both at home and gym glute activation and stabilization work. The gliders that come with have worked well for me on both carpet and tile, as well. It’s a great buy.
