I have 4 stars because while I am mopping the chamber that wrings out the mop scrapes the my floor. But other than that it is great.

I have used this mop for about a year now and I like everything about this mop. You do not need a bucket which I love. Cleaning it is easy and it cleans the floor extremely well. It takes up hardly any room to store, and is quite sturdy. I cannot think of any deficits at all. This is a wonderful modern mop invention. People seem brain washed into thinking they just have to use a bucket in order to have clean floors. Just use your sink or bathtub instead, which is a much more efficient way to mop floors. So don't be stuck in the 19th century way of doing things. When something better is invented, it is a wise choice to choose the updated better option. And this mop is that better option!

I bought this mop do wash my walls and baseboards but after 10 minutes realized it’s impossible. The mop automatically sticks to the piece that removes excess water. So every time you start a new row on the wall it automatically clicks back. Additionally, you cannot do baseboards unless you hold it flat with your hand. Again due to the fact that it automatically snaps back. I bought it specifically for walls and baseboards based on the video showing it worked great. You also have to buy a different bucket because it doesn’t fit in a normal bucket. All in all product was definitely not what I expected.

I have had this mop for 6 months. It broke. I had an earlier one, it also broke after about 6 months. So roughly 14 uses and the plastic breaks. It is good while it lasts. Maybe worth the money.

Purchased this for quick clean ups and the ability to clean the mop after use. The mop comes with quite a few detachable mop heads. It seemed logical that you would be able to wash the detachable mop head after use. Detachable mop head cleans up just fine - but when you put it back on the mop - the slide part will not go over the cleaned mop head. Additionally - I have oak hardwood floors - the mop head does not glide so easily over the hard wood floors. Have not tried on laminate or tile yet - but since most of my floors are hardwood - was hoping this would make it easy to do quick cleanups in-between major floor cleanings.
