I left a vegetable in the veggie drawer when we went on an extended vacation. We always dump our ice cubes (side-by-side, built in fridge), and I was surprised that they tasted 'funny' the next day. Then I noticed a chemical/medicinal/weird smell every time I opened the fridge door. The power had gone out for 4 days in-between. Well we cleaned it all out--I mean EVERYTHING, including cleaning labels of bottles, etc. And by "we", I pretty much mean my husband did it all. The smell/taste stubbornly remained. We put a bowl of baking soda in the fridge--no luck.Then I got these and *bam* - smell was gone. Fridge saved!! These can be "recharged" by putting in sunshine for 1/2 hour too, so they will last forever, and they fit nicely wherever I put them. Worth every penny for sure, so easy to use (although I doubt they'd have worked without cleaning.) I have some in another place and they work there too so good quality, have recharged previously and they do continue to perform. Even come with hangers when needed. Highly recommend~!

These work so well! I bought a car that had been smoked in and I’m a non-smoker. I carpet cleanedand deep cleaned inside the jeep and could still smell the smoke put these bamboo charcoal odor absorbing bags in my Jeep and within two days it smelled 100% better.

I ordered these charcoal bags to help keep my coat closet smelling fresher. I have not noticed a huge difference.

As you can see in the picture, we keep our shoes in a closet… the man of the house works construction… so you can imagine how smelly those boots can be… add that to all of our daily shoes… and opening that closet door after a while, you get smacked with a musty smelly sweat odor.Thankful that I found these. They work fantastic!!! No more smacked with stank when getting my shoes from the closet.

Pulls moisture out of the air in my closets. Much better than damp rid in my opinion!

It helped with minor smells but the spilled mango juice in the trunk and 2 different cleaners was not successful.
