This is my first liquid vitamin that I’ve tried. I really like the taste, it’s smooth without being too medicinal. I’ve taken this as a breast-feeding, postpartum mama, it helped with my postpartum shedding, and I think I might actually have to believe the claims that it helped with reversing a couple of my gray hairs. It’s easy to add to my morning routine. Pour some in a shot glass In the morning. It lasted me just about a month, the price is comparable to the postnatal vitamin capsules, I was previously taking, but I like this better.

I’ve been using MaryRuth’s syrup for a few weeks, and I’m really happy with it. It tastes great, is easy to take, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my daily routine. I would definitely buy it again!

This liquid vitamin doesn’t taste good but it also doesn’t taste bad at all if that makes sense. It goes down smoothly, and it was a great value for my money.

This is my first time trying this liquid vitamin. I got the fruit punch and I really like the flavor. It is sweet but I don’t mind that. I got it because I have heard great things about this brand and the clean ingredients which is my primary concern. It did not disappoint. I will say I got it on sale and I don’t know if I am willing to pay the regular price.

10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and often My two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I don’t notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I don’t notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children. I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I can’t tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. There’s no medicine test at all.
