This product may be open in 15 sec with little fire tourch or lighter melt a plastic on top and use a PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER to open ALSO owner did NOT get information about open because pins still closed!!! For EVERYBODY REMOVE FRONT PLASTIC COVER AND DRILL PHILIPS DESIGN SCREWS!!!!!
