This is a great product if you're looking for a headset for your Polycom phone. We have the vvx-310 series phone. This wireless headset is a great option for customer service representatives within your office. The sound quality is clear, and has a good range if you need to walk away from your desk while on the phone. At first we had an issue with the headset because we had not done the proper set up. Make sure to configure the settings within the polycom phone in order to have a perfectly working headset. I found out how to troubleshoot this issue by contacting the seller, who provided superb customer service. Not only did they take the time to walk through my settings, they guided me to correct my settings and we now have a working headset! I recommend this seller and product.
