My husband and I were short in energy daily. This has a pleasant taste. Does not take long to dissolve under your tongue. Very easy to use and gave us both energy for the day. Just don't over do it, very easy to do when you can feel the energy difference.

This is the third time that I've tried a Vitamin B-12 and this one is by far the best. The flavor is good but the dissolving quality plus the amount (120 tabs of 2,500 MGS) ) in each bottle, but another plus is the addition of folic acid. This is the one I will be buying again.

I do not expect miracles from a vitamin or herb, but i do like to think i am doing right by my body, especially considering my years of previous abuse to it. Easy tablet to take, about 7mm in diameter if i was guessing. It didnt dissolve under the tongue as quick as i anticipated, but it didnt bother me either. The "berry flavor" is more like a fruit punch to me, and one you would anticipate to find with most flavored supplements like this.

This is my favorite vitamin B-12 . Because of illness I need to boost my B12 . This is now on my monthly subscriptions . So it ships automatic .
