Seems like a quality net, only one issue after first use
Used it for the mullet that have started to show up pre mullet run, already have a spot ripping. It seems like a strong net other than this one spot though

This net is good for the money
This net is good for the money. It is not as soft and supple as the upper tier nets, but it throws well. I leave mine soaking in a bucket of water with downy fabric softener overnight before i use it. I also wash it after every use.

disappointed in the overall workmanship and quality of this cast net
This is the third Betts cast net that I have owned and is by far the poorest quality constructed. The line utilized in wrapping the bottom brill line to the weights are way to thin and need to be heavier (Thicker ) stronger material.

Great value net
Recently had the opportunity to try this net on a fishing trip to Florida. The net worked flawlessly and would definitely buy this net again and recommend to my friends. As a matter of fact, I did buy two nets so I could have a spare. One of my better ideas. Caught them on sale for twenty one dollars.
