These couldn't really stand up to the tire tools. Only good for a few uses, then you'll need to buy new ones.

Work great

These are surprisingly sturdy. I thought I would wreck them after the first tire change as I was using really big levers, but they actually stayed intact. They protected the rim well. I'm not sure what a more expensive set would offer that these didn't.
