Supplying Demand WB24X25013 4464832 Electric Range Infinite Control Switch Replacement Model Specific Not Universal

I bought this product to replace a faulty WB24X25013 switch on a Whirlpool range oven model GMC275PDB1. The problem was the inner or small burner would overheat even on a low setting. This switch fixed the problem. The two L-shaped connections on the stove are idiot-proof in that there is only one way to connect the wire housings to the switch. Job took 10 minutes.

It was perfect to fix our problem

Installation was easy but it's like the switch is upside down. I had to do what I saw was mentioned in one of the other comments. Attach the turning knob and turn the switch 180 degrees basically upside down. This made it work like it should. The knob doesn't fit as snug as it did on the original switch but I can live with it as long as the switch works.

These worked great and were very easy to install on my GE range. The issue I was having is that the two front burners were getting extremely hot even at a low setting, and this solved the problem, with the full range of temperatures working perfectly now. I don't see any reason to go with a more expensive OEM part over this, especially when my GE range is only about six or seven years old, and two of them already failed. Installation was very easy, with the hardest part being moving the range out to get behind it. A tip if you can't get it to move initially: Putting a pry bar under one corner and stepping on it and raising up the corner slightly while pulling the range is an easy trick to get it moving. Once I did that, the range slid right out. Make sure you unplug it! Aside from that, the only tools you need are a screwdriver and some pliers to pull the wires off of the old control switches. Mine did not come off easily, so I wouldn't plan on being able to pull them off by hand. Overall I only spent about 15 minutes replacing both, and I can finally cook without constantly taking the pan off of the stove over and over again.

Got my first order and installed it right away. So far it works. this item was the exact part that i need. Not a substitute, but OEM. identical to the original. Product was new and never been used base on the terminals.

Its really great in one burder but doesnt work in the other burner. it shot off when it.tyrn on.

I ended up going to appliance service special I could not pull the exact part number seem like the original part number on my unit has changed overtime I am not repair man
