Nativity Scene Donkey with Light

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom last year and she loves it. She didn't get some of the animals, but she has all of the people for the Nativity set. I bought the camel on Thanksgiving weekend and tried to keep it secret, and she was surprised. The camel is huge, and much bigger than it looks, and detailed with nice paint on it. This Christmas, I'll get the bull and the sheep to complete the collection. Great product and I definitely recommend getting this if you want to complete an outdoor Nativity display. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! it! Liked it so well we bought the whole lifesize Nativity set. Although, did not like paying $300 for the shipping cost just on the 3 wisemen. But I wanted the display to be complete. It's beautiful in our front yard. It has become a conversational piece with our neighbors. We have a lot of outsiders come in to our neighborhood just to see it. It's also a good way to remind others that Jesus is the Reason.

The item arrived quickly. Very good quality for a used item. What I received was so good if you pulled a brand new one out of the box an put it beside the one I received. I don’t believe you could tell the difference.

I like this 3 pc set and intend to get more of the pieces each year to make the full scene. The first night they were used the bulb sockets in the two larger pieces melted. The bulbs broke, so I cannot verify how many watts they were. I may have used too big of a bulb. Anyway, there are no replacement parts, so I used clip lights and it worked ok. So be careful to use the wattage recommended.

My wife and I give this Christmas product a "thumbs up" for outside decorative outside Christmas ornament. It added so much character to our front yard at a special time of the year for us. The downside is that we felt that we paid a little too much, but we needed something quick since this was our 1st Christmas in our new home.

Tried a few other options to complete my nativity scene without satisfaction. These were a bit more expensive, but well worth the price as I'm sure they will last for decades with minimal care. Would definitely recommend these figures.

I like the Nativity set, but not the quality of it's assembly line spray paint job. The paint was sprayed unevenly onto other colors. For example, Mary"s finger tips were blue from her robe color. Her eyes were not the same size. Her robe was over-sprayed onto her white gown. These are all sent from the same plastic manufacturer and whatever seller is selling it, it will have the same painting issue. I have the tedious job of trying to correct the painting errors, which has been a nightmare. You can see all the mistakes and repairs as soon as you plug them in and they light up. You see the brush strokes. They were spray painted, it also shows where you try to gently take off the over- sprayed areas. I thought it would be an easy fix, until I turned them on. I will deal with it, plastic is hard to correct because it can peal. I can 't believe this is for outdoors, winter weather. It looks like I will be painting and touching it up each year. We will be making a Manger to help protect it from the elements.

well made holiday ornament. Mary and Joseph didn't come with lightbulbs, though, it was easy to locate 2 refrigerator light bulbs on line. It was a nice addition to my lawn this year with many neighbors commenting they liked it! It's well made and will last for years to come. You may wish to put a rock in the bottom of both Mary and Joseph as windy days will have them falling over on the lawn.
