Which can be easily slid under the couch cushions and inside the crevices of the couch, it also helps when I urgently need to collect liquid residue. It is lighter weight, requests much lesser charging time, and longer run time, got more useful attachments, compared with an old version that I bought 2 years ago. Only downside is the capacity of the bin is small but still sufficient to collect the crumbs and food residue, have to empty each time soon after use. Overall, I am pleased with the suction power and happy with this purchase!

I did my stairs bedroom and landing on one charge but had to empty it once as suction decreased.....after emptying and banging the dust off the filter the suction was back to full strength.....very impressed with this

Really good lightweight vacuum.The suction is fantastic and makes it ideal for the car or light jobs.Works on dry or wet jobs but so far I've only tried dry ones.It comes with three different heads or it can be used without.It's simple to assemble and take apart when it comes to changing the filters and emptying the rubbish.Filters are also very easy to clean.It has great battery and it's rechargeable, charging wire is included. There is also an LED indicator that informs you of remaining battery life.The vacuum also has a torch feature.Great vacuum.

I’ve had a handheld vacuum before and I’ve always been disappointed with its performance they are usually next to useless at collecting anything more than slight crumbs but I read the reviews on this one and thought I’d try again.This handheld vacuum is in a class of its own. The suctions is steady, strong and can vacuum up large pieces of debris from carpets, floors even surfaces. I really am impressed at how strong and what a great job I could achieve with something so lightweight and small.It comes with its charger and spare tools so you can get into all those little corners.It charges really fast and seems to last for days obviously not with continual use but I’ve had mine a few weeks now and only charged it 3 times. The handle has a little charger display so when it’s on charge you know what % it’s at.This handheld really is a must if you have children, pets or even a messy husband!

A very rare review from me, but one I felt I needed to make. I bought this handheld vacuum cleaner to replace a different brand that had died after a couple of months. On unpacking it I was impressed by its compact proportions and quickly checked what the suction power was like. I then unpacked the charger and plugged it into the vacuum cleaner. Instantly the vacuum cleaner started belching acrid smoke and a few seconds later flames were apparent inside the case! Clearly I couldn't get it unplugged and out of the front door quickly enough! Terrifying to think it could have done that plugged in charging in my understairs cupboard like I'd intended it to! Ironically the vacuum cleaner is still working (so clearly it's the charging circuit that shorted) but naturally I won't be plugging it in again!

As suggested in the user manual I charged the vacuum cleaner before initial use. The LED in the charger goes green as soon as the charger is plugged into the cleaner and not even connected to mains! And then it goes red once the charger is turned on. Even after > 5-6 hours of charging and charger LED going green, LCD display indicates ~82% battery. And the battery level decreases by ~2% every 2-3 seconds while it is on!

I was really excited to use this vacuum cleaner.However, that's all. It has never finished charging.I cannot use it at all.If you want to check high score of reviews, check the battery issues first.

Unfortunately after following the instructions and fully charging before use the battery display shows only 72/74% so it’s never fully charged!I have now received new vacuum that is working well and charging at 100%. I recommend it and thank you for excellent customer service and sending a replacement.
