This is similar to other first Aid Kits but in a pretty good water proof bag.I gave it 4 stars because every first aid kit I have ever needed to use has been a little short of the supplies you wish you had if you have more than a minor injury to deal with. If you are going on the water take at least this Kit with you and a reliable way to call for help.

I really like how this first aid kit has everything packaged up so nicely in a sturdy waterproof bag. I bought this for having by in my boat in case of scratches or minor burns, etc. Very handy and convenient with all that's included. I kayak alone and had a very bad accident when I flipped my kayak and got a puncture wound from a rock. Luckily it just missed my ankle by inches however I did get an infection from the river, and that could have been avoided with this first aid kit!
