Ching's Dark Soy Sauce (750 g)

I like this very much, it has a more robust flavor than regular soy sauce, a little bit thicker, and a little less salty.

This soy sauce is the bomb.com my favorite soy sauce to use..it's a dark soy sauce..I hope this company makes a light version because some recipes call for light soy sauce. The flavor is on point. It's rich, evenly blended doesn't taste like your pouring a bottle of salt or a bottle of molasses in your food. I've tried different brands of soy sauce and this one is the best one.

Good taste. Used in a lo mein recipe. A little expensive but at least I didn't have to drive to town to get it.

Has an interesting taste kinda sweet

My dear wife is the cook in our family and she loved this soy sauce. I also enjoyed it because it was not as salty as store bought brands.

Perfect for adding a rich color to Asian inspired cooking, without an overpowering saltiness. The flavor is mild, and lightly sweet.
