Got the software access code next day. Fast service and exactly what I needed.

License no longer valid. Unable to Activate.
Product installed initially after purchase. Now 8 months later activation is being blocked by Microsoft. Tried to activate online and via telephone. Product key is no longer valid. I am usually weary of purchasing software from 3rd party for this exact reason. I thought because I was purchasing on Amazon it must be safe. Microsoft says to contact the seller and request a refund. Will continue to pursue ...

I could not download this product and had to purchase it from somewhere else. Support is not very good.

The product is well known so there is nothing that I can add in that regard, But I would be very happy if this vendor had more products that I need I would buy them in a heart beat
