Might be a solution in the instructions that were not available….. but I’ll never know.The material and poles are very good quality and I would recommend it. But like most things these days, you’ll need to put in the work on top of your hard earned money to get something that will last any amount of time.

First, it came with no instructions. I contacted the company through Amazon and they did send some instructions. Installation was not too difficult at that point, but once up, we could not get the tarp material to pull taut. It hang loose. It attaches to the roof poles with two velcro straps. In the front, it comes down very low, to maybe 4 feet off of the ground. This could be remedied by putting it out carport style, but that isn't what we wanted. Our popup looks almost identical to the one pictured, but the awning looked nothing like the picture once up. My 8 year old would have to duck down to get under the awning when it was up and water would have pooled up very quickly, and lowering one side would not have saved it.

Like the awning so far but there was no instructions for putting it together. Had to guess.

Support poles are super flimsy and made of thin metal

Poles that are provided with this are absolute junk. Contacted seller and heard nothing back. This has broken multiple times in 2 seasons of use.
