Decent pack for the price. I ran into a bit of an issue with the balloons because I was going to put them into a garland but the pack did not come with the streamer with balloon holes, luckily I had it from another set of balloons

It's okay. I wouldn't buy again
You have to thread all of your letters with really BAD string, and have to put together the streamers.Not bad. Not great. Shoulda just went to Walmart or Party City.

Doesn’t come assembled
I didn’t think I would have to string on each letter for happy birthday and assemble the other decorations and I also didn’t like how flimsy and cheap the material was. Won’t order again.
