Can this be sprayed onto car brakes without dismantling everything? I have squeaky brakes.

Unlikely to have a lasting effect. Squeaking is usually due to the metal backplate of the pad moving against the surface of the caliper piston under braking, so the only proper solution is to pop out the pads & put a very light smear of copper grease on the pad backplates. Be careful not to get any on the friction material or disc surface though.
