As someone who works remotely and is regularly on Zoom or Skype calls, let me tell you: lighting matters. Even with the silly sample photograph of me looking rather unprofessional on a bed, I hope you can see how immediately different the composition of the shot is — even despite the slight backlight from the sunny window.Something to be aware of: the first time I used it with a power bank, the light would flash once and wouldn't stay on; however, when I plugged it into a mains outlet (it worked) then tried the (Anker) power bank again, it stayed on and has worked ever since.Reviewing on my first day of use, I'm very happy with it! Recommended.

Bought for my partner as she’s doing tictok videos and needed Somthing to help with light etc . Very bright and adjustable with two different lights warm and cold and although it don’t show to well in the pictures there is a massive difference in light. Very well made and strong and the base and legs are metal not plastic. The holder in the middle holds her phone perfectly and she has a iPhone XR

On the day I bought it they had it on a day sale for £17.99 but it’s price was £24.99.I decided to take the plunge trusting my instincts instead of the mixed reviews. They do cost a lot more, yet as a stay at home mom this was by far the best price I found while looking for one online. I bought this as I do online live for a young mothers group that I am a member of and for the night live it can be quiet dark to view the face, but this is a super tool to have when working online. This is one of my best buys on amazon and I am glad I bought this item because it is going to give a clearer face view especially when talking on a live.The button is a great asset that it’s with a click of a button and can be used to either brighten or dim to your liking. I would recommend this more for live show, YouTube channel fanatics this is for you. And it comes with a usb connection and a phone holder too if you choose to use your phone.Thank you so much, I am so happy with this purchase.

I've been using a smaller ring light and decided to upgrade to a bigger one. First some reason I didnt realise it came with mobile stand aswell so was added bonus when I seen that too. Its alot bigger then the one I had and really makes a difference to my videos. It's really good quality and as a range of settings for brightness and light levels. Easy to use and as a control on the wire. Overall extremely happy with purchase and highly recommend!

I bought this as a Christmas gift then loved it so much had to buy one for myself. It has elevated my makeup game so much. My dressing room gets a lot of light during the day but once the sun goes down the room is really dark and hard to do my makeup, when going out in the evening (side note, I live in the UK so it gets dark around 3:00pm) so this has been a great addition to my dressing room. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

I was sceptical of the price and the quality of this, but boy I was wrong. I've been using this for a week or so, and I'm WOW'D.I do streaming on the side for fun and this is perfect for it! I'm not using the included phone mount, but we tested this out and it worked nicely.I like how simple it is, and how it's usb powered so I don't have to worry about batteries not an additonal plug.One criticism is that the brightest setting is just too bright, but once you time it down a little it works superbly.Considering buying one for my partner for when she streams now, and one for my cousin for her birthday. Would recommend!

I am using this as lighting for webinars, and it works fine. The brightness is variable from almost painfully bright to 'dingy' and there are three settings for warmth - sunlight (almost orangey), daylight and a harder bluish light. So far I have just used the sunlight setting. It is simple to use. it comes with a very basic tripod, which seems sturdy and does the trick, and a holder for your phone in the middle of the ring - which I've just discovered can be rotated to hold your phone in either portrait or landscape format. I have dropped the light accidentally (I have hung it on a fixing on the wall to illuminate me - my desk is too cluttered to have it positioned there) and it was fine - no damage. It seems pretty sturdy and I think it will last. Seems like a good buy so far.

Like many others, I had to return this as it stopped working mere weeks into using it.I intended to use it for video-calls, and it worked like a charm for about a dozen calls, and then one day wouldn’t turn on - it just flickered on and off once and that was it (and there I was, thinking I was one of the luckier ones!)Judging by other reviews here, it’s really sad that the manufacturer has not corrected this obviously problematic issue as they actually have a good product here for the price point - it just need to actually work, and be fit for purpose - right now I have what equates to a poor man’s avant-garde sculpture!
