Good value
Great piece of kit. Spreads adhesive so easily and uniformly. Easy to use good handle grip, easy to clean up after use. Good quality steel blade.

Great value and sturdy A2 spreader, why spend more ?
Excellent A2 teeth size adhesive spreader (by ROBERTS Tools & Accessories). The blade is 180cm / 7" long and is plenty big enough to spread adhesive quickly. Construction seems solid with a tight grained Hardwood (beech maybe) looking grip handle. It wont be a SS blade at this price but if you wash and dry after use it wont rust and should last for years hopefully. I have a few rooms to apply vinyl sheet floor to (total about 25m2) so toyed between this and a larger trowel size at twice the price. However after using for one room I quickly realised that this is in fact the perfect shape to maintain a vertical spreading action 60deg+ as that's how you naturally hold it compared to a trowel with a rear handle that has to be tilted away from the grip. I am seasoned/competent DIYer and watched a few Youtube vids on how to apply and it all went swimmingly, so glad I decided for this one compared to anything too large ! (pictures are spreader after being used_it came all fresh and shiny tho !)

Excellent Spreader, does exactly what you would want
I bought this to do a couple of rooms with some LVT. It's did the job amazingly, good size and shape, comfortable to use and cleaned up very nicely. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the handle is untreated, so after washing it was a little more coarse than would be comfortable if I were to use this for a prolonged period. For the price point it's barely a gripe especially since i have only a couple of jobs to use this on, but worth noting for anyone that is looking to buy for professional / prolonged use.

Works well for gluing solid wood flooring down to wood or slab base. easy to use, just keep some water and a paint brush to hand for cleaning before the adhesive sets on the tool, harder to clean once the adhesive sets.
