They were great for as long as we needed them

They work as intended, reasonably comfortable and don't look bulky when you wear pants. I don't wear tight pants so I can't comment on how they look with thin tight pants.

But even this size rides low so when walking around, to maybe go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, anything longer than very short walk will cause them to start working themselves off. But great, and stay in place, in the bed which is exactly why I bought them.

PSA test came out too high, prostate cancer exists in my prostate. They cut it out and you have to have something for the leaks at least until you build the pelvic floor muscle. This product works well.

It is, of course, uncomfortable until you adjust to the sensation of wearing it. I have adopted it as my primary method of protection. A bit bulky but given the current state of the art, that is a necessary evil.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT THE EXTRA ABSORBENT PADDING OF THIS NIGHT-TIME PRODUCT IS LACKING ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE DEPENDS, IN FACT, THERE IS NO PADDING THERE AT ALL!!! IT IS WELL PADDED IN THE FRONT AND CROTCH AREA, HOWEVER, MOST PEOPLE HAVE A STRONG TENDENCY TO SLEEP ON THEIR BACK WHERE THERE IS NO PADDING, NOT JUST NOT ENOUGH!! TO MAKE THIS WORK FOR MY HUSBAND, I ALSO HAVE TO BUY "SHIELDS" AND, EVERY NIGHT, INSERT AND ADHERE ONE TO THE BACKSIDE OF THE DEPENDS!! THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE!! IT MAKES THIS PRODUCT FAR FROM A GOOD VALUE, NEEDING TWO PRODUCTS TO MAKE IT WORK!!
