Great jumpstart
The book has helped me the most with designing retrospective discussions about HR projects that I have participated in and/or lead. I’m trying to learn more about agile design elements and this book has helped me to share some of what I have learned with others.

A year on and it’s still good
Had this book and its accompanying templates and they have really helped me communicate the design process with my non-designer colleagues. Highly recommend for the ease of understanding and quality of the projects.

The printing is pretty poor
I haven't read it yet, but for a book that expensive, I was expecting a better quality in the print. Some images are pixelated, and the pages are so thin you can see through them!

BEST WAY TO INNOVATE AND CREATE NEW PRODUCTS
This book is 7 STAR!! It is great guide on how to master best techniques to design new products that your consumers want. I love the option they have as each section that they cover new topic you can scan the QR code on that page and you can have a template of that innovation and design method right to your phone and save it for future!! This is really awesome!!

Great book + Great printing + Wow!
This book is chocked full of useful stuff.Bonus, it's easy to read, text is clear and printed well too.Really good book. Every major tool is covered, with illustrations and diagrams too.Worth the money. Any cost. Powerful stuff.

Great Book
There is nothing to dislike about this book. For practicing professionals this is the book to go to among other reference books. The is not the book for exam takers to get a great grade or something like that. This is for "DOERS"
