I ordered these for someone whose supplier had gone to a foreign vendor, and of course the sizes were smaller. This person needed pants that allowed thickness underneath. Being that these are from a made in USA company, the sizes fit American sizes. Don't just go by the S,M,L,XL, but also know your waist size. We checked things with a tape measure. If you are looking for a snug fit, these run larger to accommodate bulk. We're glad we found these and will order from Leakmaster going forward.

They actually do contain the dampness and any odor. Well worth the cost. Am going to buy another pair.

I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND FEEL THAT IT IS WAY OVERPRICED ! I AM AN 81 YEAR YOUNG MAN AND NEED A WELL MADE BRIEF , THESE WILL NOT FILL THE BILL !! MY WIFE AND I WERE SHOCKED WHEN WE OPENED THE PACKAGE AND RERAPPED THEM AND SENT THEM BACK !! I HAVE BEEN USING GARYWEAR BRIEFS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS !! THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY RELIABLE AS FAR AS BEING LEAKPROOF !!

These are great. I've been trying to find some of these that actually worked and It's been very frustrating and expensive. I first ordered according to their measurements and found they can be very misleading. After much trial and error and over $100 I finally found these and they fit great (if you can say great about anything when needing to wear these) and they don't leak. Going by their sizing measurements these should have been way too small but after trying 2 other sizes I finally decided to give this size a try and I'm glad I did they fit perfect. So definitely give them a try and good luck.

I thought I finally found a (plastic pants) cover pant as I’m a paraplegic and use a trapeze so when I pull myself up in bed with these new breathable type diapers they pull off !! Problem with this brand is about after six times using they have hard areas stiff as a board ! And nobody else has reported this??

Fit perfectly for a 6' 5" man that weighs 230 lbs. Yes, they are pink but that part doesn't matter. Held moisture in place. The leg bands did get wet from urine. Leg bands were snug but not too terribly tight. Cleaned well in a laundry bag in the washing machine and hung up to dry. A little expensive.

they are 3 times too big and they are cheap looking

I like the roominess and protection these vinyl pants offer for the prevention of leaks and quietness they offer for the crinkles from diapers. They are essential for cloth diapers to prevent wetting of clothes.
