Works great but does not include a sprayer as per recommendation of instructions
Worked very well. Instructions say to spray onto brush but there is no spray tip included. There is no good reason why a spray top could not be included if spraying is the only method listed in the instructions. I applied the solution to a hand brush (larger than a toothbrush but smaller than a bath brush). I definitely had to scrub but it only took about 6 to 8 passes with the brush and liquid to clean. After that I rinsed with warm water. I did see some loose grout that the brushing released but the loss of grout was not excessive. I used it on biome fairly dirty white grout on white tile and it definitely worked well. I’d say I used less than 1/4 cup for the surround and part of the step said of a large two person bath surround with 4’ tiles (a lot of grout). I would certainly use this again and I gladly recommend the product. You will likely need to transfer it to another container with spray to spray onto your brush. I’d love for the company to respond as to why they do not include a sprayer on or with the bottle.

Amazing, Fume-Free Cleaner!
This is an amazing cleaner! The first thing I noticed was that there were no fumes. Usually, when I clean the shower, I need to have the fan on, and I still can't stand the fumes! When I smelled nothing, I doubted this cleaner would be effective. It comes out of the bottle as a clear liquid. It looks like water. There is no abrasive, no foaming, no color. Imagine my surprise, as I saw it cutting though the soap scum! I did have to scrub in order to complete the job, but it looks awesome. I did not experience any skin irritation, either. It comes in a squirt bottle, not in a sprayer as recommended by the instructions. However, it worked fine, and I got the job done effectively and without the unhealthy fumes. I have to say, I am impressed with this product!I was given a free sample of this cleaner in exchange for an unbiased review.

Mostly great
I gave this an initial test in a half-bath where the tile (travertine) grout lines were discolored - especially in front of the toilet. I should note that the grout in that bathroom hasn't been scrubbed in a long time. After the first application I was pretty impressed. Most of the grout came back to almost the original color. The grout right in front of the toilet which my wife calls "the men's drip zone" got a little cleaner but not much. I tried scrubbing it again and it didn't change much. I suspect that has to do with what actually discolored the grout rather than the cleaner itself.I used this again in the kitchen which also has travertine tile and it cleaned things up nicely. Overall, except for the area directly in front of the toilet this product works as advertised. One confusing note and this may only apply to the review samples and not the actual shipping product - why do the directions tell you to spray the area but it does't include a sprayer?

This product vs. Zep
At first I didn't like this product at all. I've been spoiled by my years' faithful Zep Grout Cleaner, where all I had to do was spray it on, wait 2 minutes and rinse off. I thought all grout cleaners were like this and when Scots didn't fulfill this bill, I thought it was garbage. But then I read the directions and yes, you do have to scrub a little bit.To be honest, you really don't have to scrub that much. I just poured it on (it has the consistency of water) and scrubbed just a bit with a scrub brush and the mold/dirt went right away. It doesn't clean my dirty caulking too well, but for grout it really works well. I admit I still do like the Zep process of not having to scrub at all, but minimal effort is required for this product and it gets the grout just as clean.

works
Scots Tuff Tile & Grout Cleaner seemed to work as well as my usual cleaner. Our grout was not super dirty, just minor staining and it worked. We keep a fairly clean house so we don't have an though issues for me to try it on. The tile is also cleaned regularly so, again no terrible issues here. However, for the usually clean up items, it worked fine.

It works - Low odor - Doesn't Come With The Spray Head
This product works as stated, though I'm not so sure it is much better than other products we have also used.It has no smell or very little. I really couldn't tell. What I wasn't real happy with, it doesn't come with a spray head for the bottle. It comes in a spray type bottle, the instructions tell you to spray the product on, though it does have one. I ended up using one from another product bottle after cleaning it out before using it.All in all it works and for that reason I am giving it 4 stars, but leaving one off for not including the sprayer head for the bottle.

Great for cleaning grout.
On grout this stuff works great! The grout between the ceramic tiles in my bathroom had started getting a yucky, dingy look to it. I sprayed this on and did a little scrubbing with a bristle scrub brush and it came out looking great. Not sure how it would do for really badly stained grout, but for dingy grout it cleans it up well.

Practically Odor Free
Cleans tile, yes; grout, not so much. Obvious, from the photo, no spray nozzle included. The main plus (and it is important to me) is that this cleaner is relatively oder free. That makes it a pleasure to work with. No, it won't really clean that darkened grout that's been there for the last ten years. However, it does a good job of lifting the soap scum off the tiles and I don't get a headache when using it.
