I find tampons are so expensive in stores but amazon subscribe and saved made these a lot cheaper than usual. I like these specific tampons as they are free of chemicals and bleach. They also don’t have applicators so more environmentally friendly!

I recently tried the Lil-Lets Smartfit 16 Non-Applicator Tampons Super, 16 Count (Pack of 1), and I must say they've been a game changer during my heavier periods! As a woman in her early thirties who experiences quite heavy flow, finding comfortable yet effective tampons has always been a challenge. The non-applicator design took some getting used to, but it didn't take long before I found it easy to insert them without any discomfort. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow. Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours or more often if needed. Always remember to remove your last tampon.
