Quality snack, far fewer ingredients and less processed than others like it in the market. However, cashews are extremely high in calories along with the chocolate each bag is around 800 calories. I’ve been able to eat a bag within minutes, if you have good self control and limit the amount you eat each sitting I’d say it’s a great choice to get that chocolatey fix.  But if you’re like me and mindlessly eat they’re terrible for weight loss. I try to follow this rule when working towards weight loss focus and master these 3 steps 1st- (calories) track and figure out your maintenance and ‘slowly’ reduce 2nd (macros) are you getting enough protein? Fats? Are you eating to much sugar/carbs? Plenty of good info out there for the %’s of each that should make up your diet. 3rd (ingredients) now that you’ve worked on the two prior steps for example 2,000 calories a day, 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs (this is highly individual) now focus on the ingredients that make up those 2,000 calories, slowly remove higher processed foods (more ingredients) and work in foods with less- meats,poultry,fruits,vegetables etc or snack wise Hunks :) which have really low sugar and are minimally processed compared to any other candy covered nut out there. Dark chocolate, very very salty item but I like them at the right time. Dairy free. I am just a customer.
