Damaged
The first time I received the package I found one of the drain cell plates broken and requested for a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly, but yet again there was one plate which was damaged. The fact that seller didn’t bother to correct the mistake the second time is quite disappointing and shows lack of quality. I didn’t return this second time as I didn’t want to go through the process again. I need to buy more of these drain cells, but will not be ordering from this seller again.
