Really pleased with this treadmill. My wife and I have started training on it with a walking program. Covered 3 miles in 30 minutes at 6 mph though accuracy is slightly out but at the end of the day, I just needed something indoors that we could improve our walking fitness. Numerous levels you can use for intensity, increase/decrease of speed on both hand rails along with pulse read out which again is controlled on the hand rails. Speed control offers around 8.5mph for gentle jogging. If it's simplicity you want then this is for you. I opted for the 4 year additional warranty for peace of mind. Happy to recommend.

Great machine, easy to erect, worked first time.One issue i have is when you stop your walking the display with your data of walk, time, distance and calories disappear to zero. Major problem i think. If anyone has a solution to this id appreciate it.

Very easy to assemble but quite heavy! The handles on this treadmill are quite short which meant I was slightly bent over so resulted in severe back pain ! Mode button on control panel wasn't working properly , had to press it several times to register ! Blue tooth was ok but speakers not loud enough over sound of treadmill ! I found it very uncomfortable to use and the handles are quite chunky, so hard to grip. I'm 5ft 2 with size 3 feet but found I was very close to the front board when running ! I will revert back to my old treadmill which is a v fit and so much better to use .

For the price this is a very good treadmill. It doesn't feel cheap, it's quite sturdy and very easy to use. I'm very happy with this purchase.I've seen previous comments about it being difficult to put together. It's not. It takes about 5-10 minutes and I've included a picture of the parts needing to assemble - just a few screws for the stabilisers. Would definitely recommend.

It’s was very easy to assemble. It’s very convenient treadmill for someone who wants first build a bit stamina prior join the gym!!! Really great product!

I'm someone that takes no pleasure in running. I bought this just to run for about 10 min at the end of a weights workout, so I would be classified a 'light' user. For my needs, it's fine.It's a little creaky and the display vibrates a bit as you run, so I wouldn't recommend trying to attach a phone/tablet to it to watch as you run. I haven't tried the built-in speakers, but I would assume they're nothing special.It's basic, but ok for light-to-medium use. If you're a serious runner, someone that likes to jump on a treadmill for an hour, then I'd suggest investing a bit more for a better model.
