I use this product daily and love it. I am a nurse in a high stress job. I actually use this in the morning and evening. It so helps me stay grounded and focused during times of stress.

I hope it lowers cortisol. IT DOES CALM ... DROPPER ALWAYS LEAKS and wastes (very sticky) product. Now I pour drops and don't squeeze dropper at all. Tastes good. I add to tiny amount of water.

I've been taking 2000mg of ashwagandha a day for months now. This stuff has really help my sleep and mood.

Its not the first tincture I've bought recently where the stopper is really poor quality and leaks all over your hand. All of these tincture have natural sugars to when it gets on your hand you have to rinse it off. I take this daily, so having it be slippery and wet and icky on my hand factors in to weather or not I will buy it again. I won't because if a company is makes a fine product, they will put it in a good, glass bottle, not plastic like this one, and they will test the stopper to see that it is up to their standards. Obviously this company doesn't have high standards, so I don't even trust their products. Bad news. You are worth more.

I read on how this essential oil can help in so many ways! I just ordered another bottle. I am feeling better with my energy and I feel it has really boosted my immune system! I do add to 2 oz of flavored water to help the taste but it really isn't that bad! I swirl it around my mouth and under my tongue, and I can actually feel a tingling. I have started using twice a day instead of once a day. I hope to increase my results! I am 76 yrs. With Fibromyalgia so it is tough. But I pleased with the results I already have!

I’ve been using this product for several months now and was very pleased to see a difference within days of starting it. I’m in my mid 40’s and my energy levels were depleted due to, well, life. It has most definitely given me a boost in energy and mood and has made each day a bit easier to navigate. I’ve since recommended it to my mom, and she has report the same results.

First started using this for everyday stress/anxiety relief, but noticed little to no difference. But during particularly high stress times (ie. hormone shifts, or less sleep) a single dose seems to help calm me enough to be able to deal appropriately with life. I just try to take at strategic times (like when I have to take all 4 children to the grocery store). Or if I start to feel higher than normal frustration levels. I don’t feel calm, or peaceful, but I’m also not flipping out like I might otherwise. As an addition to some other B/C vitamins for energy, Ashwagandha helps me feel a lot more like a normal person again. Only concern is the dropper, which tends to leak around the top. So every time you pick it up, you get the staining brown liquid all over everything. Just keep some tissues nearby, and it’s no big deal.
