Upgraded brush from the last OXO model
We started our dish scrubbing journey decades ago, using the various green and yellow types of dish soap scrubber soap dispensers. Always had leaks and frequent slide on head replacements. About three years ago we purchased our first OXO model and were very pleased with the handling and durability. That is until the rubber push button for dispensing soap cracked. That unit lasted about two years. We bought this model as a replacement, and it seems to have a more durable rubber button for dispensing soap, AND a more sturdy brush head. (We'd replaced the head on the old unit two times, so three total used in two years.) As most folks know, the type soap used alters the function of the dispenser. Dawn is thick and a better dish cleaner/grease dissolver than the Ajax, Palmolive, etc. type soaps, however we find that the cheaper soaps are dispensed in a better quantity to clean dishes. If we use Dawn there is too much rinsing needed of our pots/pans because just too much dish soap is dispensed with a push of the rubber button. OXO kitchen products are great overall, but this scrubber will fail after a year plus due to the rubber dispenser button (primer bulb) cracking open.

Absolutely Recommend
Our family love these brushes. They aren't a sponge, so they're Teflon safe (most sponges will scratch off the Teflon, which will make Teflon pans leach chemicals into your food). Plus they don't hold in as much bacteria as traditional sponges (on average, sponges are so moist that they contain more bacteria than your toilet seat). I'm kind of a clean freak and have slowly converted most of our extended family to the benefits of brushes over sponges! They also hold their shape pretty well and don't have problems with discoloration. We don't have a dishwasher and use our brushes fairly rigorously. Plus, we cook with a lot of turmeric and beets, which could easily dye the ordinarily white brush pink. These brushes keep their shape and color well. They discolor a little, but are right back to their prestige white after a couple of uses. Overall, they're of good quality! Sometimes the plastic doesn't connect perfectly and soap leaches out of the sides or a piece of plastic breaks at the head and the replacement brushes don't fit on quite right. We had one where we had to keep supergluing the brush back on. But a little extra soap never hurt! All things considered, they're good quality. Like everything that you use regularly, you're going to have to replace them every couple years. They're inexpensive enough, though, and that that isn't a problem. They're the best brushes that I've used and we have no problem replacing them every once in a while. We've been using them for probably a decade now and have only had to buy 3 or so bases. The brushes you have to buy once a year, but they usually come in packs of two, so that's not too bad. Definitely recommend.

Only one i've seen with a useful squirt function
I've tried and looked at a dozen variations of this type of soap handle scrub brush. The is the only one i've seen that has all these attributes: 1. removable brush 2. easy fill 3. squirts (most open a valve and dribble). 4. seals with a valve. there is a rubber button half way down the handle. when pressed it pressurizes the inside, pushing the valve open and squirting out some dish detergent. nothing short of perfection; it even has a little plastic scraper for tough items on the back side. -awr ps: be CAREFUL selecting; oxo makes an nearly identical one that doesn't squirt i wouldn't GIVE that one away. UPDATE: Mine finally failed after 2 3/4 years. That is a very fair lifespan. I would recommend if you are getting over 2 years to buy a spare; don't bother buying the brush the button will fail before the brush wears out. Keep out of the sun, and don't subject to harsh chemicals or press harder than you need to. I suspect a lot of premature failures come from people pressing too hard on the button because there is a bit of a design flaw that it doesn't squirt well when less than 1/2 full. When it gets below half full re-fill it does not squirt well when less than half full (can't circumvent the laws of physics; when the airspace above the liquid doubles it takes double the pressing to get the same liquid out; when the airspace is 90% bigger it takes 10x the pressing of the button to get the same liquid out. So with this item the rule is; fill it often; it only works well when more than 50% full. Also, i hang mine over the sink facing brush side away from me; then i can squirt some directly into the sink or onto my hands for cleaning my hands, super convenient. Off to order a new one to replace the broken one. I also ordered a couple of the palm models; i have a different similar one but it only dribbles out by gravity when you press the action button; the oxo palm model squirts just like this one.

Great dish brush idea that needs a design tweak.
Great idea. Love the grippy handle, the interchangeable brush & pad, & refillable detergent reservoir in the handle; i even purchased one to use for a quick scrub in the bathroom tub and sink. The detergent/cleaning solution reservoir is so convenient! In the kitchen, it’s much easier to clean the brush (top rack dishwasher or a few minutes soak in disinfectant), than washing & dealing with stinky scrub sponges that shred & fall apart and then end up in the landfills. I give this dish brush a 4 instead of a 5. The trouble is the last 3 of 4 i have purchased don’t last long, 2- 4 months. On one, the reservoir cap began to leak. On the others, the plastic at the bottom of the reservoir begins to leak. This last one the glue holding the plastic junction connecting the handle to the brush holder together just simply broke, and the dish soap spilled out. I am not King Kong on my dishes, but I use my dish brush multiple times daily. The designers need to address the connective glue or whatever connects the attaching plastic parts of the handle to the part the brush attaches to. Great idea, much better functionally than the other cheaper brands, but needs a single piece to improve durability. Hoping the plastic is recycleable as these puppies should last longer but don’t. 🙁 At the price they are, I’m stopping to consider whether to purchase any more. Leaning toward a regular brush that lasts a year or two or three.

Win your marriage! Buy this scrubber!
I know right, it's just a dish-washing device, but seriously it is an awesome dish-washing device. If you have ever tried to use dish scrubbers with a handle, you are probably familiar with the following situation. Most scrubbers make you fill the soap reservoir through the button that you push to dispense soap. This usually leads to 1. You getting soap all over the stupid thing when you try to fill it up 2. You don't fill it up all the way 3. It leaks out from the button/ fill hole all the freaking time. 4. The button is either super hard to push or doesn't dispense any soap when pushed. This product fixes all of that. Instead of filling up the soap reservoir from the button, you fill it up from the very top of the handle which screws off to reveal the fill-port. This makes it so that you can fill it all the way up and when you are done, it doesn't leak, the back of the handle never just accidentally falls off like the button did on all my other scrubbers. The button itself to dispense soap is easy to push, actually dispenses soap and has a very high quality super-seal around it so that soap never leaks from the button. If pushed properly, you can actually get this thing to shoot soap several inches. No more guessing if you actually got any soap on those bristles. Product just works. I bought one of these for my work kitchen, and since it was company money, price didn't really matter. I looked for one that seemed to be the best quality. When this came, I was so blown away by it, that I instantly ordered a new one for my house. My wife scoffed at me, but when it got here, she realized that I made the best buying decision ever. Now, all power in the relationship has returned to me, and I control the money now. If you want to win your marriage, buy this.

A Convenient Kitchen Essential
The OXO Good Grips Soap Dispensing Dish Brush has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen! This innovative and convenient dish brush has made dishwashing a breeze and has become an essential tool in my daily routine. First and foremost, the soap dispensing feature is brilliant. With a simple push of a button, I can dispense the perfect amount of dish soap directly onto the brush, eliminating the need to keep a separate soap bottle nearby. This not only saves me time and effort but also ensures an even distribution of soap for efficient cleaning. The brush's design is ergonomic and comfortable to hold, thanks to the Good Grips handle that fits perfectly in my hand. The soft and durable bristles are effective in removing tough stains and grime from dishes, yet gentle enough to not scratch delicate surfaces. It's also great for cleaning pots, pans, and other cookware. What I love about this dish brush is that it's versatile and easy to maintain. The brush head is replaceable, which means I can easily swap it out when it's time for a new one, ensuring the brush remains effective for a long time. Additionally, the brush head is dishwasher-safe, making it easy to clean and sanitize. The soap reservoir is large enough to hold a decent amount of soap, reducing the need for frequent refills. Plus, the clear window on the handle allows me to see the soap level, so I know when it's time for a refill. The OXO Good Grips Soap Dispensing Dish Brush has not only simplified my dishwashing routine but has also made it more enjoyable. It's efficient, durable, and user-friendly, making it an excellent investment for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend the OXO Good Grips Soap Dispensing Dish Brush to all home cooks, busy parents, and anyone who spends time in the kitchen. This dish brush will make your dishwashing tasks effortless and efficient, and its thoughtful design and excellent performance will not disappoint. Say goodbye to messy soap bottles and hello to the convenience of the OXO Good Grips Soap Dispensing Dish Brush!

Small tool, small price, a very big help in the kitchen.
I bought a similar brush at a well known superstore which was far less expensive, but only lasted about two weeks before breaking. I don't have a dishwasher & I don't like doing dishes. Yes, I admit I'm one of those people who lets their dishes pile up until there are no more clean forks. While the other brush lasted, I found doing dishes much easier and started to keep them up. When the brush broke after such a short time, as a dishwasher-less, dish-washing hater, I was broken hearted. I looked for a replacement on Amazon and found the OXO brush. It didn't appear to have any of the elements that caused the other brush to break, so I ordered two (just in case one broke.) It's been two weeks now. The brush doesn't show any signs of wear or prospects of breaking anytime soon. I am more than pleased with it. The screw-off handle cap makes filling it with soap easy and the air displacement soap dispensing system works great. I also use it to clean my counter and stove tops, as well as splatters off the walls. The bristles rinse off cleanly leaving it ready for the next use.

Best dish brush. Ever.
This brush is the only one I’ve used for the past 5 years. One handle lasts me about 18 months, the brushes last 4-8 months depending on usage. There is no soap leakage through the valve when the brush is sitting with the valve down in my sink for long periods of time (most brushes I’ve used in the past struggle with this.) They changed the design of the fill 2 or 3 years ago which makes this brush more convenient to fill. It used to fill in the middle of the handle at the thumb pad which required a bit of coordination, now the end of the handle twists off and the soap goes in the end. My only gripe is the black rubber grip goes all the way to the end of the handle... when you’re filling it it’s hard to tell when your getting close and I occasionally overfill and some soap spills out. All told, this is a great device that helps me keep my sink empty and my dishes clean and in the cabinets where they belong.

思ったより便利。
ブラシの形状により特に皿が洗いやすい。ワンプッシュで適量の洗剤がブラシの真ん中から出るので便利。ブラシの寿命はとても長い。洗剤は結構な量が入る。良品。

A well designed and convenient brush
Being able to dispense soap while using the brush is a genuine time saver and makes the brush very convenient to use. Eventually, the activating button on the handle will crack and fail to open the soap valve, or you'll over-tighten the soap cap and make it leak, so buy a spare, as you'll never go back to using a normal scrubbing brush.

Kaliteli
İçine arap sabununu veya isteyen çamaşır suyu veya bulaşık deterjanını suyla karıştırıp koyabilir. Damlatma yapmiyor. Güzel temizliyor, fırcası ve sapı sağlam kaliteli malzemeden yapılmış. Birinciyi beğenince ikincisini de aldık. Tavsiye ederim. NOT : Fırçasının yedeği var mı acaba !? Fırça yerinden çıkabiliyor ama eskidiği zaman değiştirebiliyor muyuz, yedeği varmı ki!?

Leaked soap from tail cover out of the box.
Filled up the brush with soap, next day the entire content was in the tray of my brush holder. Didn't believe what I was seeing. Decided to fill up the unit with water to test. When pressing the dispense "button", water came out from the brush end as well as the filler cap end (indicating failed sealing) .. unfortunately brand new and failed. Quite disappointed with OXO quality
