Prime-Line MP8096 Screen Repair Patches, 3 In. x 3 In., Fiberglass Fabric, Charcoal (10 Pack)

Used these to reinforce a patio screen door around the latch. These are the same color as the screen (charcoal) but have an adhesive coating in order to stick to the screen. So it is apparent when in use. I used 2 of these (one in each side of the screen) so the “sticky” side adheres to each other. Recommend you leave the protective covering on them until after you have measured and determined exactly where they will be placed. I loosened the latch so the patch fit under latch for extra stability and protection. I also lined up each patch so they fit directly over each other. One screen is directly exposed to the elements, but the patch seems to be in good shape after 90 days.

Very easy to apply & covers holes as intended...but it is very noticable-even same color/texture screens, and after a month they're beginning to lose stickiness/ adhesion.

Given that my screens seem to be built into the window units it was a bear to place the outside piece. Almost impossible to line up the grids. I think I would have be better off with just clear all-weather tape.

Easy to use screen repair. Adhesion is good and good for small repairs.

No air flow, not like a normal screen

I was pleasantly surprised by the adhesive on this product. They are super easy to use, holds very strong and are a good size for most repairs. Patches can be trimmed down and still holds strong.
